Man Wanted for Domestic-Related Murder in Oxon Hill

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the murder of 37-year-old Alejandro Trevor Johnson in Oxon Hill.

On August 12, 2012, at approximately 12:29 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1100 block of Kennebec Street for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Johnson, of the 7900 block of Allard Court, Glen Burnie, fatally shot outside an apartment complex.  He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

As a result of an ongoing investigation, detectives have identified the suspect as 35-year-old James Howard Braddy, Jr., of the 10000 block of Moreland Street in Fort Washington.   An arrest warrant has been obtained for Braddy charging him with first degree murder.  The investigation revealed this case is a domestic-related incident.
