WANTED WEDNESDAYS

Each Wednesday, both here on our blog and on our Facebook page, we’ll feature several surveillance videos and/or photographs of people wanted by the Prince George’s County Police Department. Thanks to social media, the PGPD now has additional eyes and ears, not just on the street, but online as well. We encourage our community members to share these images with their friends, families and followers. Should you see someone you recognize in these images, you may call Crime Solvers at1-866-411-TIPS. You don’t need to give your name. You may be eligible for a cash reward for information leading to an arrest  and conviction in the case.

Armed Robbery Suspects

These two suspects are targeting shoes.  Our detectives believe they robbed two shoe stores in one week’s time. They robbed a store in the 3700 block of Branch Avenue in Temple Hills on November 17, 2013.  The investigation reveals the suspects posed as customers by trying on several pair of shoes.  After selecting the ones they wanted, the suspects implied they had a gun and stole the shoes.  A few days earlier on November 13, 2013, our investigation reveals the same suspects robbed another store in the 8700 block of Branch Avenue in Clinton.  They again posed as customers selecting and trying on shoes.  This time one suspect showed the victim a gun tucked in his waistband during the robbery.

Armed Robbery Suspect

In this next case, detectives want to find this suspect who appears to be shoe shopping in these surveillance photos.  He’s wanted in connection with an armed robbery in the 3700 block of Silver Park Court in Temple Hills on October 23, 2013.

Armed Robbery Suspect

In the next two cases, the suspect chose sub shops to rob. The suspect wore helmets in both armed robberies.  On November 9, 2013, he robbed a sub shop in the 4800 block of Glenn Dale Road in Bowie.  On November 14, 2013, the investigation reveals the same man robbed another restaurant in the 10600 block of Greenbelt Road in Greenbelt.

Armed Robbery Suspect

This suspect is wanted in connection with a robbery outside of a convenience store on November 16, 2013.  The store is in the 6100 block of Marlboro Pike in District Heights.

Burglary Suspects

These two suspects are wanted in connection with a burglary in the 8100 block of Baltimore Avenue either late on November 16th or early morning on the 17th.  Detectives believe these two suspects may be responsible for several burglaries and thefts in the area.
