Detectives Arrest Suspect in Temple Hills Homicide

Homicide Unit detectives arrested the suspect in connection with yesterday’s homicide in Temple Hills. The suspect is 24-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Britman of no fixed address. The victim is 60-year-old Roy Lee Clark of Brinkley Road.  The suspect and victims were acquaintances.

On September 28th, shortly before noon, officers found the victim suffering from trauma inside of his apartment in the 3100 block of Brinkley Road. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The preliminary investigation reveals the suspect and victim got into a disagreement, which escalated into the stabbing.

Britman is charged with first and second degree murder and related charges. He has admitted his involvement in the homicide. He is in custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
